2024‘… by ancient times is for the new Year of the Green Dragon. The Chinese Lunar New Year in Taiwan February has just passed…feeling a little bit of powerless…
The second character of my Chinese name is pronounced “Ching“, if reading a single word which means silence and quietness. However, which represents the need for a calm and rational heart, because its true artistic conception is that of a dragon and a tiger competing. This is a very ironic word. It looks quiet on the outside, but inside it is full of competition.

If you split the meaningful word of “靜” : left and right, it becomes “green” and “fight“, which exactly fits the meaning of Qinglong’s fight. The word “green” represents the sky, and it also implies that I should be pure and inactive, and make inner cultivation the first priority. Although the word “fight” is about to move and seems to be inevitable, the artistic conception of the two words combined also has the effect of restraining each other. Sometimes, conflicting thoughts arise in my mind, but such reminders force me to transform this energy into inspired creations.

During the past two years, I was too physically exhausted from dealing with too many things, so I didn’t update my website for past 6-month. I am very grateful to a Taiwanese Dr. Chang for his acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine treatments. My vitality has become more active again.
My birthday wish for today, February 27th, is that I hope everyone is healthy and safe. The next day is also a Peace Day holiday in Taiwan. I hope that the world can live in peace and happiness regardless of race.
A web-friend of native artists from A-Li-Sun Mt. (South of Taiwan : Chia-Yi) also my father’s birth place. PU sent postcards for 2024′ new year greeting and hereby to share everyone.
